How can I access My Account if I forget my login details?

If you haven't already registered for My Account, you will need to have:

  • an email address
  • a User Name
  • a RemServ ID.

When you first set up your salary packaging account with RemServ, we confirm these three items at setup. If you've forgotten one or all of these items, simply give RemServ a call and we will go through a couple of security questions to confirm.

Once these three items have been confirmed, simply go to:

  1. go to remservsalarypackage.com.au
  2. at the top right of the screen, click on the Account Login tab
  3. Once in this screen, click on the Register button
  4. Complete the three fields for email address, User Name and RemServ ID
  5. Press the Register button to complete.

Once you've completed these steps to register, your User Name and Password will be emailed to you.

If you're already registered for My Account, simply:

  1. go to remservsalarypackage.com.au
  2. click on the Account Login at the top right of the screen
  3. In the login screen, enter your User Name and Password. If you've forgotten your password, follow the prompts to retrieve or update your password.

If you forget your User Name at any time, simply email us at remserv@remserv.com.au.

Once you're logged in, you have 24/7 access to your account details and also to make claims for reimbursement.
