We want to make it easy for customers to access their RemServ information. That’s why we’ve updated our app to enable you to register up to four RemServ accounts on the same device.
This means that if you have more than one account with RemServ, you can easily switch between your accounts on the app. Plus, it makes it easy to access multiple accounts if you’re using the app on the same device as another RemServ customer.
How to register multiple accounts on the RemServ app
You can register up to four accounts on the one device. Once you’ve logged in to the RemServ app with one of your accounts, you can add another account by following these steps:
- Log out: You can do this in settings
- Select ‘Add an account’ on the PIN screen
- Enter your account details: You can add an account nickname so you can tell your accounts apart. You’ll also need your RemServ Online User ID and your RemServ Online password to register. Plus, for your security, you can set a different PIN for each account.
How to switch between accounts
Once you’ve registered all your accounts on the app, it’s easy to switch between them by logging out in settings. Then, select the account you want to view from the home screen.
The original account you used to log in will be named ‘Your account’ by default. You can update this name by selecting ‘Edit nickname’ in settings.
