Getting started!
Getting started is easy! Simply download and log in to the RemServ app, available via the App Store or Google PlayTM.
How do I check my personal details? Like my address and bank details?
- Select the menu in the top left main screen
- Select ‘Profile’
Where’s my balance?
- The RemServ app dashboard provides a full breakdown of your available funds.
How do I transfer funds back to my payroll?
- Select the ‘Available Balance’ tile on the dashboard
- Select ‘Return to Payroll’
- Choose your amount and nominate the appropriate payroll number
- Reverse type is ‘Taxed as Wages’
You are able to return your pre-tax funds back to payroll at any time. It generally takes 1-2 pay cycles to process a funds reversal request.
How do I transfer my RemServ funds to my Super fund?
- Select the ‘Available Balance’ tile on the dashboard
- Select ‘Return to Payroll’
- Choose your amount and nominate the appropriate payroll number
- Reverse type is ‘Superannuation’
Where’s my transaction history?
- Select the menu in the top left main screen
- Select ‘Transactions’
How do I claim?
- Select ‘make a claim’ from the dashboard
How do I change my password?
