Some of the key benefits of our new and improved RemServ Online include:
- Intuitive and simple to use: It’s never been easier for our customers to access their account information, and view their transactions, personal information and benefits.
- Enhanced claims: we’ve simplified online claims, so submitting claims is quick and easy!
- Update benefits: Our customers can now easily add, remove or change their benefits themselves once they’ve logged into the RemServ Online account.
- View transactions: Our new and improved RemServ Online will also allow our customers the option to filter and view their transactions, and easily access their fuel card, scheduled payments and account statements.
- Update personal details: Customers can now view and update their personal and banking details, marketing preferences, and security settings, including password changes.
- Increased security: For additional peace of mind, we’ve also increased the security for our customers logging in, viewing and updating their accounts to and take control of their money.
